Job Summary
Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server systems, and related hardware/software; train users on proper use and security; troubleshoot technical problems related to LAN/WAN and internet; provide end-user support for applications; plan and coordinate IT-related equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system enhancements; implement network security measures; maintain inventory and ensure backups; operate in accordance with company policies and participate as a team member to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings; physical requirements include moving objects up to 50 pounds and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
Required Qualifications
- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree preferred
- At least 2 years of related work experience (implied by job level)
