Job Summary
Lead the Data Governance Council and drive executive alignment on data ownership, standards, and governance decisions across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations. Prioritize enterprise MDM initiatives based on business value, risk, and resources while serving as the primary escalation point for project risks and execution challenges. Define business requirements for SAP master data, oversee data quality and migration activities across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, and manage vendor performance to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of business analysts, data stewards, and external partners through UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT project/program management experience
- 5+ years leading complex MDM initiatives in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders
- Deep expertise in SAP master data (material, customer, vendor, finance)
- Strong knowledge of data governance, prioritization frameworks, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of SAP and enterprise application management experience
- Leadership experience within manufacturing or Order-to-Cash environments
