Job Summary
Senior IT Business Analyst within the PMO acts as a strategic partner to business units and IT teams, aligning business objectives with projects and delivered solutions. Responsibilities include gathering and structuring business needs, documenting requirements (functional and non-functional), analyzing processes to identify gaps and improvements, translating needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams, supporting demand management and business case development, assisting with scope and success criteria, and promoting adoption through change management and training. The role requires leadership to mentor less experienced analysts, collaborate with executives and stakeholders, and apply best practices in requirements management and process improvement. The candidate should have significant experience in transformation environments, ERP or enterprise solutions, knowledge of project management frameworks, strong analytical and communication skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within structured project environments (PMO)
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
