Job Summary
IT Senior Analyst – Network Services design, deploy, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure (switches, routers, WAN, wireless, load balancers) for Mattel’s global environment. Responsibilities include 24x5 weekend on-call support, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on incidents and infrastructure projects. Key duties cover administering F5 BIG-IP, managing end-to-end circuit lifecycle, supporting SD-WAN and cloud connectivity, maintaining network documentation, ensuring security standards, and driving process improvements and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Network Operations/Support in a large enterprise or global GCC environment
- Experience with Cisco/Arista Switching & Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, QoS, STP, VSS, EtherChannel)
- Strong experience with Enterprise Wireless Networks, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, FlexConnect, and Local Mode deployments
- Hands-on expertise with F5 BIG-IP administration, VIP creation, SSL offloading, certificate management, and troubleshooting
- Experience with network monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting using enterprise monitoring tools
- Proven experience in circuit provisioning, ISP/carrier coordination, and vendor management
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management, including RCA
- Experience with SD-WAN operations, overlays, tunnels, and site connectivity troubleshooting
- Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, CCNA, F5 CST/Administrator, CWNP/CWNA
