Job Summary
Execute Operational Acceptance Tests (OAT) and non-functional requirements for core banking, payments, and trading applications to validate production readiness. Plan, design, and run failover, high-availability, and disaster recovery drills across infrastructure and RTGS systems including SWIFT and PayPlus. Ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience while verifying compliance with operational standards, SLAs, and ITIL processes. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and QA teams to resolve issues and document detailed test reports with risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Non-Functional & OAT Tester with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain
- 8+ years of experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT) and OAT within BFSI applications
- Strong understanding of network, middleware, database tuning, and monitoring tools
- Experience in Planning, designing, and executing the Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) cases to validate production readiness
- Experience with failover, high-availability, DR drills in On-Perm environment, operational monitoring and backup/restore procedures validation
- Hands on experience in RTGS Systems ( SWIFT , PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications)
- 6 - 8 years of testing experience in aligned technology or service domain
- Experience with test strategy and planning, execution, and defect management
- Proficiency in programming languages and testing tools
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- ISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualification Board)
