Job Summary
Conduct security level analysis, identify vulnerabilities, and develop policies, standards, and governance structures. Steer the security roadmap through risk analyses and measure prioritization of actions. Collaborate closely with IT, business units, and management while reporting to the executive board and ISB. Lead employee awareness and training initiatives within a digital transformation environment supported by executive backing and dedicated budget. Join a mature IT team of approximately 10 people in a stable trading company with international focus.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Information Security
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 27001 / NIST oder vergleichbaren Frameworks
- Erfahrung in Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Fähigkeit, Schwachstellen früh zu erkennen und strukturiert zu lösen
- Sehr gutes Englisch
- Strategisches Denken mit pragmatischer Umsetzung
