Job Summary
Coordinate and track IT and security measures and projects, maintaining oversight of timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress. Ensure timely, technical, and organizational alignment of ongoing initiatives while managing task prioritization and status reporting. Oversee the implementation of organizational and regulatory security requirements and optimize cyber security processes. Serve as the interface between IT, business units, external providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Support management in preparing decisions, reviews, and board meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen IT, Informationssicherheit, Projektkoordination oder Projektmanagement
- Solides Verständnis von IT-Sicherheits- und Informationssicherheitsthemen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projekt- und Task-Management-Tools wie Jira, Confluence, MS Project oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
- Erfahrung in der Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine klare und zielgerichtete Kommunikation
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
