Job Summary
Design, implement, and support IBM Verify Identity Access and IBM Datapower systems to protect customer financial data. Oversee day-to-day operational support, integrate technical tools with enterprise platforms, and troubleshoot complex web security, encryption, and packet analysis issues. Lead the development of security standards, guidelines, and metrics while automating emerging industry trends. Execute infrastructure upgrades with minimal service disruption and provide consultative support for cross-organizational IT service implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or number of years of experience as alternate
- 5+ years of experience with an enterprise level IT environment
- 3-5 years of experience in monitoring, developing and implementation of information security systems
- Prior experience working with IBM Datapower and/or IBM Verify Identity Access and MFA implementations
- Experience in the consultative approach and support the cross organizational implementation of IT services
- Strong Unix Bash shell scripting experience
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot encryption(SSL/TLS), web traffic, and packet analysis
- Experience effectively working directly with clients, team members, technical experts, professional staff, and management as needed to provide operational support
- Experience planning and executing software and/or infrastructure upgrades with minimal service disruption
- Unix/Windows/VMWare hands on experience
- Familiarity with IP/Network/Cloud infrastructure components
- Information Security Principles & Technologies
- Disciplined in documentation maintenance
Desired Qualifications
- Java scripting experience is a bonus
- Experience using ServiceNow preferred
