Job Summary
IT Security Analyst I responsible for incident response coordination, proactive monitoring of security events, vulnerability management, and security assessments to ensure regulatory compliance (PII, HCP, GCC, ISAP, PCI, ISO, SOX, PCI DSS) and hardening of systems. role includes assisting with incident response, remediation, documenting IT/security diagrams, and supporting continuous improvement of the organization's security posture. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of data security experience, and Cybersecurity+ certification. May require extended/on-call hours and includes collaboration across security operations and policy documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences (or a similar field)
- 1-2 years of Information Technology experience, specifically including Network Security
- Cybersecurity+ certification
- Knowledge of regulatory compliances and standards (ISO, SOX, PCI DSS)
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
