Job Summary
IT Security Analyst I responsible for incident response coordination, proactive monitoring of security events, and remediation efforts; support security assessments and compliance with regulations such as PII, HCP, GCC, ISAP, PCI, ISO, SOX, and PCI DSS; assist in vulnerability management, policy and documentation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture; duties include incident response, remediation updates to stakeholders, and maintaining IT/service diagrams and inventory. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences or 2-3 years of data security experience, 1-2 years IT security experience (including network security), and Cybersecurity+ certification; ability to work extended and on-call hours; locations include Parsippany, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; and Cherry Hill, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences (or a similar field) OR 2-3 years of proven experience in a data security role
- Experience: 1-2 years of Information Technology experience, specifically including Network Security
- Certifications: Cybersecurity+ is required
- Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory compliances, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOX, PCI DSS)
