Job Summary
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP ERP ECC 6.0 across SL/LE/MM/PP modules and their interfaces in the Asia Pacific region. Communicate with internal customers to understand business requirements at the Melaka plant and interface with external SAP consultants. Conduct SAP training for local users and collaborate with project teams in the German headquarters. Support the upcoming S/4 migration in 2025/2026 within the manufacturing industry. Requires a degree in Informatics or Business Administration, minimum 3 years of SAP SD, LE, and MM experience, plus knowledge of EDI/IDOC processing and local legal requirements. Must be ready to travel across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm or 9:00am–6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- MS/BS Degree in Informatics or Business Administration
- Min. 3 years of knowledge and experience in SAP SD (Order management, pricing & conditions, billing)
- Min. 3 years of knowledge and experience in LE and MM
- Experience with EDI and IDOC-processing
- Broad process understanding of local and legal requirements across the Asia-Pacific region in context of "Order-To-Cash" processes in an international manufacturing company
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details plus analytical proficiency
- Great team player with international mindset
- Readiness to travel within Asia-Pacific and Europe (HQ)
- SAP System Implementation - SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S4 HANA in 2025/2026 within manufacturing industry
