IT SAP EWM Business Analyst (Pharma Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Engage with business, warehouse, IT, quality, and implementation teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into functional and technical deliverables across SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and ECC. Develop end-to-end warehouse process maps, user requirements specifications, and acceptance criteria while conducting fit-gap analysis and maintaining the Requirements Traceability Matrix. Lead requirement-gathering workshops, facilitate solution design discussions, and support UAT scenario development with business users. Contribute to risk assessments, master-data preparation, and data governance planning within a regulated manufacturing environment. Ensure requirements remain traceable through design, testing, and implementation phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Systems, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology-enabled business change
- Strong SAP EWM implementation experience and functional knowledge
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and SAP-enabled warehouse operations
- Experience developing URS, user stories, RTMs, fit-gap assessments, functional specifications, and UAT documentation
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Experience working with implementation partners and third-party vendors
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to independently manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
Desired Qualifications
- Formal Business Analysis certification
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Experience working within a global organisation
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industry experience
