IT SAP Business Analyst - PP, QM & SOTC (Pharma Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Engage with business stakeholders to understand site processes and operational requirements for manufacturing and quality modules. Develop end-to-end process flows and lead the preparation of User Requirements Specifications for SAP PP, QM, and SOTC. Facilitate workshops to translate needs into solution documentation, maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix, and support fit-gap analysis across business processes. Contribute to technical design discussions, risk assessments, and the development of Data Governance Plans. Lead the creation of UAT scenarios, test scripts, and test data while tracking open actions and ensuring end-to-end traceability. Work closely with internal SAP teams, global technology stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners within a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology and business-transformation initiatives
- Strong SAP implementation experience across PP, QM, and SOTC modules
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC
- Experience creating process flows, URS documents, RTMs, functional specifications, fit-gap assessments, and UAT documentation
- Strong understanding of requirements management, traceability, testing, and validation
- Experience working within a regulated environment
- Experience coordinating with third-party suppliers and implementation partners
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, presentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to plan and manage deliverables, assumptions, risks, constraints, and dependencies independently
Desired Qualifications
- Formal certification in Business Analysis
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working within a global organisation
- Pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing business-process knowledge
