Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month, offering flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated Success Manager for licensure support.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
