Job Summary
Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks across operations, security, applications, vendors, and disaster recovery while developing and implementing compliant risk responses. Act as the primary contact for examiners and auditors, providing timely deliverables and assisting in preparing requested materials. Define, monitor, and report IT Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to ensure effective control and management. Refine risk management procedures and provide training on IT risk strategies to mitigate potential threats. Manage IT department policies and procedures strictly in accordance with applicable laws and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a directly related field
- 5+ years of IT Risk Management or IT Audit related activities in banking industry
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in IT risk management and IT audit
- Familiarity with information security and IT compliance requirements
- Good organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Desired Qualifications
- CRISC, CISA certification preferred
