IT Risk and Security Engineer Associate

IT Risk and Security Engineer Associate at DTCC focusing on IAM Operations. Responsible for day-to-day administration and reporting within the Identity and Access Management department, including Access Recertification, Access Requests, and Reporting services, and backing IAM Operations Manager in managing IAM Analysts on and offshore. Develop documentation and training materials on Entitlement Management processes; evaluate and improve processes, tools, and services to reduce risk and enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborate with senior management and key collaborators, and assist in creating Review Definitions and managing governance requirements. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree and experience with IAM concepts and tools (e.g., RSA IGL, Bravura PAM, PlainID). Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and familiarity with IT risk and controls in financial services are emphasized; certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA) are a plus.
