Job Summary
Conduct IT and cybersecurity risk assessments, evaluate controls, and recommend mitigation strategies. Support vulnerability management, system hardening, and incident response efforts while monitoring compliance with security standards. Develop risk reports, dashboards, and recommendations; assist with third-party risk reviews and vendor assessments. Lead cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives. Work onsite Monday through Friday in Huntley, Illinois. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field with 3–5 years of IT risk, cybersecurity, audit, or related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3–5 years of IT risk, cybersecurity, audit, or related experience
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks
- Experience with vulnerability management and system hardening
- Ability to support incident response and risk mitigation efforts
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm in Huntley, IL
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
