Job Summary
IT Risk Analyst to conduct risk assessments, including control design and operating effectiveness testing for core IT processes and devices, document results in the Bank’s systems of record, and communicate findings to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with IT owners across business areas, defining and evaluating controls, and supporting remediation plans to comply with prescribed requirements. The position also encourages identifying opportunities to automate risk assessment processes and may involve working on additional regulatory and process risk assessment programs, requiring continuous development of knowledge across technologies, applications, processes, and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Cybersecurity (Information Assurance), Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
- 2-4 years of internal or external technology audit or risk assessment experience, including design assessment and control operating effectiveness testing
- Financial services industry experience or experience navigating a highly regulated environment
- Familiarity with risk frameworks such as NIST, CIS, COBIT, ISO preferred
