Job Summary
Troubleshoot Revit environments, develop office standards, and train staff on BIM workflows while improving project delivery through efficient processes. Manage BIM execution plans, maintain Revit families and templates, and optimize model performance using interoperability tools like Navisworks and Dynamo. Prioritize multiple requests and deadlines with a focus on QA/QC, model accuracy, and standardized team workflows. Support project teams under deadline pressure with clear communication and active listening to translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards
- Knowledge of architectural documentation and construction processes
- Experience creating and maintaining Revit families, templates, and libraries
- Ability to troubleshoot model performance and software issues
- Familiarity with interoperability tools (CAD, IFC, Navisworks, Rhino, etc.)
- Understanding of work sharing, central models, and cloud collaboration
- Knowledge of Dynamo scripting and automation
- Awareness of industry standards and QA/QC procedures
- Ability to manage BIM execution plans and office standards
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to train staff with varying technical skill levels
- Strong documentation and workflow organization
- Efficient ticketing/help-desk support mindset
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines

- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting BIM in a medium- to large-sized firm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting BIM in a medium- to large-sized firm (architecture, interior design or related industry is a plus)
- Working knowledge of AI is a plus
