Job Summary
Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and inventory management of the Bank's fleet of Retail Banking Equipment, including drive-ups, TCRs, and self-serve coin machines. Coordinate implementation and maintenance project schedules with various departments, providing status updates to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. Provide initial and ongoing training and support to Retail Staff on equipment usage, while developing resources and maintaining documentation for inventoried assets. Manage tracking systems for routine preventative maintenance, assist with annual budgeting and acquisition, and work with vendors to monitor performance expectations. Coordinate repairs with assigned vendors, the Facilities team, or other Busey departments as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School education
- 3-5 years Retail banking experience
- Knowledge of Basic accounting skills
- Strong oral written communication skills
- Understanding of electronic work order systems
- Understanding of basic office equipment
- Understanding of the operation of Retail Banking Equipment
- Understanding of Jack Henry software
- Prioritization and scheduling within department priorities and deadlines
- Ability to Travel between banking centers
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to Stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to Life and carry an average of 25 pounds
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
