Job Summary
Lead use case identification, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives, translating mission pain points into measurable capability requirements. Gather and document requirements for pilots, develop business cases, and define success criteria while managing stakeholder expectations. Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders to document workflows, support governance reviews, and facilitate lessons learned processes. Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions throughout the integration lifecycle. Requires U.S. citizenship, active Secret clearance, and 5+ years of business analysis experience. Salary commensurate with qualifications ($77k–$163k).
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with use case development and user story creation
- Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project coordination and tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
Desired Qualifications
- TS/SCI preferred
- Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
- Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
- Experience with agile requirements management
- Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations
- Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks
- Understanding of federal governance and decision-making processes
- BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree
- HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II
- ITIL certification
- CBAP certification
- PMI-PBA certification
