Job Summary
Develop and implement internal IT policies, standards, and procedures aligned with governance frameworks to ensure strategies match business objectives. Monitor cybersecurity KPIs such as patch compliance and incident response times, track performance against targets, and escalate deviations to management. Conduct regular risk assessments, identify and mitigate IT cybersecurity risks, and develop risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR, and prepare assessment reports. Design and execute security awareness campaigns including phishing simulations, then analyze results to improve program effectiveness. Review the security posture of third parties handling critical data and monitor ongoing risks through periodic assessments. This fixed-term role within Aramco Europe's Information Technology team requires a minimum of five years in IT GRC or risk assessment and strong communication skills in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Technology, Computer Science or related fields
- Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the key responsibilities as outlined
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in IT GRC, IT Risk Assessment, IT Security or comparable field
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM
