Job Summary
Manage IT users in the service point and floorwalk by logging incidents and creating tickets in the ticket tool. Resolve hardware issues for Windows and Mac devices, including iOS and iPadOS, while analyzing errors and summarizing findings for the second level. Handle notebook issuance and return, providing support for Windows 10, MS Office, and VDI software to German and English-speaking clients. Requires a completed IT training or one year of relevant experience, with strong German and English skills, a driver's license, and a police record. Located in Frankfurt am Main, this role offers a fixed monthly salary, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d)
- 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung aus einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit wie z.B. als IT Techniker (m/w/d), Hardware Techniker (m/w/d), Support Techniker (m/w/d), etc. in den letzten 3 Jahren
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute Englischkenntnisse für Support-Call
- Führerschein
- polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
Desired Qualifications
- größtenteils Erfahrung im Support der unter Aufgaben genannten Hard- und Software
- Anwendererfahrung in einem Ticketsystem o. vergleichbaren Dokumenations Workflow
