Job Summary
Regional IT support technician providing on-site and remote support for workstations, laptops, networks, and servers across Ardmore, Comanche, Wynnewood, and Tishomingo, OK. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware/software/network issues, performing hardware repair and maintenance, configuring software and operating systems, backing up data, testing solutions, and maintaining documentation. Must be able to travel onsite to local client premises and work with connection software to assist clients both onsite and remotely. Qualifications include Windows OS and major software suites, antivirus/security/firewall technologies, Active Directory and Group Policy, file sharing, and strong troubleshooting; valid driver’s license required. Preferred certifications: A+, Net+, Sec+ or equivalent experience; virtualization understanding is a plus. Certifications reimbursement is offered. Required Qualifications

- Sec+ certifications or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and major software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies
- Working knowledge of business networking including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file sharing
- Troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and network issues
- Ability to diagnose failed hardware components
- Experience with hardware assembly/disassembly/maintenance/repair
- Certification reimbursement is offered (preferred)
