Job Summary
Act as the primary interface between IT and commercial stakeholders across Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe to shape high-impact digital initiatives and ensure their successful delivery. Define and execute a multi-year regional digital roadmap, translating business strategy into technology investments that support commercial priorities and enhance customer engagement. Capture, assess, and prioritize digital demand by balancing local needs with global standards while serving as the key IT point of contact for the region. Lead the coordination of local and global digital projects to drive innovation and best practices within a complex, matrixed environment. This role requires 10+ years of experience in digital transformation within the pharmaceutical industry and fluent English and German skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Digital, IT, or Business Transformation or Consulting roles
- Experience in business partnering, project/program management, and cross functional delivery
- Strong experience working with commercial teams in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good understanding of commercial field operations and customer engagement models
- Strong knowledge of CRM and commercial platforms (e.g., Veeva) and digital enablement models
- Ability to influence, challenge, and engage stakeholders at all levels
- A strong business-oriented mindset, able to translate complex needs into clear, value-driven solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix and international environment
- Fluent in English and German
