Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technology positions. Partner with hiring managers to define technical needs and build talent pipelines for critical skill sets. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, and networking while conducting competency-based interviews to evaluate fit. Coordinate technical interview processes and provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks and hiring trends. Maintain recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System and prepare dashboards. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure timely hiring and close candidates serving extended notice periods.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience recruiting for global or multinational organizations
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in offer negotiation, candidate closing, and maintaining engagement with candidates throughout extended notice periods to ensure successful onboarding
- Well-developed organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work with changing priorities based on business needs
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver under challenging deadlines
- Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of international hiring practices and technology talent markets is an advantage
