IT Recruitment Consultant Trainee role focusing on internal candidates in the UK/Ireland market, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, creating and optimizing technical resumes and LinkedIn profiles, setting up UK job boards for internal candidates, hiring and onboarding/offboarding, managing candidate data in the ATS, conducting MOC interviews, staying updated on recruitment best practices, and maintaining records and ongoing follow-up communication. The position operates on UK time from 12 PM to 10 PM and is onsite in Lahore, Pakistan.
