Job Summary
Identify, qualify, and select top IT talents across the globe. Follow up on and coach selected candidates throughout the hiring process. Participate in events within the IT ecosystem to source new leads. Work closely with business developers to align recruitment strategies with company growth goals. Fluency in English and experience recruiting tech/digital profiles are required. Strong interest in the startup ecosystem is essential, with previous experience being an asset. High attention to detail and the ability to build strong candidate relationships are necessary.
