Collaborate with account managers to secure strong matches, contribute to improvements in the candidate journey, and maintain a robust talent pool. Monitor developments and opportunities within the IT labor market to drive strategic sourcing decisions. This role requires an HbO-level professional with at least three years of recruitment experience and strong commercial skills. Total OTE ranges from €55,000 to €70,000, with benefits including a training budget, remote work options, and 25 vacation days.
