Job Summary
Manage full-life cycle recruitment for US-based IT clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates against specific technical requirements. Execute strategy development by mapping client needs to target profiles while maintaining weekly status reports to management. Coordinate fulfillment formalities such as background checks and documentation to ensure successful post-placement. Leverage a strong supplier network and Boolean string expertise to source consultants via LinkedIn and job portals, handling rate negotiations and paperwork with minimal supervision. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current IT trends and US employment terms like W2, C2C, and 1099. Submit resumes to jana.mann@cilable.com.
Required Qualifications
- at least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing company
- good experience working with Direct clients
- history of achieving targets
- Minimum 5 years of strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
- Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc
- Experience working on any Vendor Management Systems and submitting candidates and maintaining the account
- ability to close them in least possible time
- Can work with very less of No supervision on complex positions
- Must be hands on experience sourcing from Linkedin and Social Networking Sites
- Strong with customizing Boolean Strings on Job Boards
- Strong network of supplier to support sub-vending activities
- Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
