Job Summary
Manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for high-level technical positions across the US market. Utilize advanced techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to identify passive tech talent. Act as a trusted advisor to US-based hiring managers by providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Ensure a transparent candidate journey from initial outreach to onboarding while collaborating closely with clients to align strategies with business needs. This six-month hybrid role involves on-site presence at Torre Reforma Latino on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven success as an IT Recruiter
- explicitly sourcing and hiring for the US market
- Deep understanding of tech stacks, frameworks, and engineering methodologies
- Software Engineering
- Cloud
- DevOps
- Data Science
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- ability to confidently pitch opportunities to senior US talent
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
