Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Experience sourcing and hiring for the US market (RPO or agency experience a big plus)
- Technical recruiting knowledge across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter workflows
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with US-based clients and hiring managers
