Job Summary
Source and screen candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and references for domestic IT requirements. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers while managing candidate pipelines to ensure timely closures. Handle end-to-end recruitment for contract positions specializing in skills such as Pega, Camunda, Java, and ServiceNow. Manage candidate onboarding for selected resources and maintain recruitment reports and documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to drive hiring processes.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 Years
- hands-on experience in hiring contract resources
- Expertise in hiring for contract positions
- skills like Pega, Camunda, Java, and ServiceNow
- Proven experience in Contract Staffing
- Strong understanding of various IT skills and job roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS
