Job Summary
Source candidates across job boards, social media, and networking sites to identify top talent for domestic IT contract and permanent roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from pre-screening and reference checks to offer negotiations and hiring documentation. Act as a single point of contact for multiple clients, fostering strong relationships while building a proactive talent pipeline to meet business requirements. Engage candidates creatively to generate interest and demonstrate autonomy in handling diverse technologies and job levels.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as a successful Technical Recruiter in the staffing industry
- Experience ranging from 1 to 10 years
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and managing full lifecycle recruitment processes
- Familiarity with both contract and permanent staffing
- Expertise in domestic IT recruitment, including sourcing candidates across diverse technologies and levels
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of various internet job boards, social media platforms, and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to talent acquisition
