Job Summary
Source and recruit IT professionals using job boards and other platforms, screen and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions, and match qualified candidates to client requirements. Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process while maintaining candidate records in the ATS. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings and meet recruiting goals and turnaround times. This role requires 1+ years of IT recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, or CareerPlug.
