Job Summary
IT Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting for technical IT roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data analysts) in Windham, NH. Collaborates with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and team dynamics; sources candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals; screens for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit; coordinates interviews and guides candidates and clients through the hiring process; maintains ATS and candidate pipelines; builds and maintains a network of IT professionals and stays current on industry trends and talent market conditions. Requires 2+ years IT recruiting experience, strong IT knowledge, sourcing of passive candidates, excellent communication, organization, multi-requisition management, and proficiency with ATS tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical staffing
- Strong understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and terminology
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
