Job Summary
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels while screening and evaluating profiles against client requirements. Conduct initial discussions to assess technical and communication skills, then coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified professionals and develop long-term relationships with both candidates and stakeholders. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity while working closely with the team to achieve hiring targets. Work from home on a five-day schedule (Monday to Friday) during the Japan Shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST). Join a 15-member team supporting international hiring projects across Japan and Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT Recruitment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
