Job Summary
Source qualified IT and technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, including passive searches. Review CVs and conduct initial screening conversations to assess experience, skills, and availability. Build and maintain talent pools while developing targeted sourcing strategies for specialized roles. Contact candidates directly to introduce opportunities and maintain accurate records within the ATS. Monitor sourcing channel effectiveness and stay informed on recruitment tools and market developments. Work closely with recruiter coordinators to understand open positions and priorities. Fluently communicate in English with a proactive, professional approach to managing multiple priorities independently.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar position
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident approach when contacting candidates
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively with recruiters and colleagues
- Fluent English
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
Desired Qualifications
- Experience sourcing candidates for IT or technical roles is an advantage
- additional European languages are an advantage
