Job Summary
Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle by sourcing talent from diverse sources and designing plans aligned with manpower forecasts. Collect onboarding documents, verify past employment records, and maintain documentation for offers, joining formalities, and salary negotiations. Conduct employee psychology assessments while motivating teams and meeting monthly recruitment targets. Leverage knowledge of HR policies, ISO, and CMMI standards within a leading healthcare IT company with a global sales network.
Required Qualifications
- Past exp from IT company is MUST
- preferably from Product Based IT
- Should be on in HR or Recruiter position from a corporate background
- Good know of latest company systems & policies (HR - ISO / CMMI)
- Should know about Team Handling, Grooming & motivation... EMPLOYEE PSYCHOLOGY
- Should be Target oriented and be comfortable in monthly target based recruitment job
