IT QA Analyst (Performance Testing)

Job Summary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and objectives. Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools. Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts. Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports and recommendations. Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability and scalability. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance testing
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
