IT Purchasing Analyst

Monitor, review, and approve the VITA's KeyStone Edge system while serving as the primary liaison between vendors, business users, and the IT Procurement team. Conduct technical solution reviews and track VITA Communications to manage contracts, license agreements, and maintenance terms. Execute the full procurement lifecycle for IT goods and services, including managing Requests for Quotes, Proposals, Bids, and Statements of Work. Track large purchases through procurement stages by updating Kanban boards and preparing various status reports. Independently perform administrative and fiscal tasks with accuracy while promoting strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
