Job Summary
Analyze requirements, specify them, and develop solution designs to align software with corporate strategy for the central software products of the billing process. Manage project timelines, budgets, and costs while overseeing IT projects for the development of these critical software tools. Collaborate interdisciplinary with business units, internal IT experts, and external software vendors to advise departments on the capture and economic implementation of their needs. Maintain deep technical understanding of the utilized software products and supported business processes within the billing context.
Required Qualifications
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Softwarelieferanten und Partnern
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Teamfähigkeit
- eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Analyse, Konzeption und Einführung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- die Bereitschaft, dich in komplexe fachliche und technische Zusammenhänge einzuarbeiten – insbesondere in der Honorarabrechnung im Gesundheitswesen
- Mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Werkzeugen sowie Jira und BPMN 2.0
