Job Summary
Install and commission our systems on-premise or in the cloud, handling data transfers in coordination with project leaders and customers. Provide first and second-level technical support to users regarding our software products and serve as the primary contact for technical and methodological inquiries. Capture customer requirements and collaborate closely with development teams to implement projects. This role requires native German proficiency, strong analytical skills, and experience with MS SQL, ERP, or CRM systems. We offer flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a flat organizational structure.
Required Qualifications
- IT-bezogene Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Auffassungs- und Analysefähigkeit
