Job Summary
Lead the implementation of the IT roadmap and drive the ongoing modernization of the IT landscape in collaboration with business units, leadership, and external partners. Manage end-to-end IT and digitalization projects across Microsoft 365, cloud services, endpoints, network, security, and collaboration tools. Own the Microsoft 365 platform, including Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and security governance. Coordinate external IT service providers, evaluate technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Establish and evolve standards, processes, and policies for information security, access management, data classification, backup, and compliance. Prioritize tasks, oversee daily IT operations, and provide technical mentorship to existing IT staff. Facilitate change management for new system introductions and promote digital collaboration across the institute.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Infrastrukturen
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
- Interesse und erste Erfahrung beim Thema digitale Souveränität
- Kenntnisse in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Intune, Netzwerke und Firewalls, Windows- und Linux-Server, Virtualisierung, IT-Sicherheit und Compliance
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Koordination von Mitarbeitenden
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Digital Workplace, SharePoint oder Teams
- Erfahrung mit IT-Governance, Informationssicherheit oder Prozessmanagement
