Job Summary
IT Project/Solutions Engineer to join Ever Nimble's Swansea-based Solutions team. You will provide first and second-line tech support, assist with hardware and software across diverse environments, handle on-site troubleshooting and repairs, and escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors as needed. You’ll work with Halo PSA, Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, Fortinet, Datto (RMM, DR, Networking), and a range of IT hardware, software, and networking devices. The role emphasizes customer-focused communication, cross-team collaboration, and keeping up with latest IT trends. On-site visits in Swansea, with flexible working and opportunities to travel for work; Applications must be from candidates living in or close to Swansea, Wales.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT Project or Solutions role
- Hands-on with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi-Fi, and servers
- Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks
- Proven advanced technical support for client stakeholders such as IT Managers
- Project management exposure
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and nail the details
- Excellent written and verbal communication
