Job Summary
Lead Technology Program Manager role overseeing strategic technology programs and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include directing program and investment management to align with business goals, stakeholder and communications management with senior leadership, ensuring program funding, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, driving benefits realization, and risk/issue management. Maintain program plans in PTS, track KPIs, and ensure timely reporting. Key skills include excellent communication and diplomacy, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and strong analytical abilities. Required/preferred qualifications include 10+ years in program management and relevant certifications (CAPM, PMP, PgMP) with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees considered a plus. Citi experience and strong MS Office tools proficiency are noted.
