Job Summary
Formulate, organize, and coordinate inter-connected projects across various departments and geographies while leveraging technical aspects of ERP, SaaS, or AI/ML applications and functional knowledge of supply chain and finance. Manage large-scale IT implementations by defining objectives, scope, risks, and milestones, then develop detailed plans with tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Lead planning, resource management, issue/risk, and stakeholder management, acting as the liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams. Identify efficiency opportunities, implement quality assurance, and maintain comprehensive documentation using standard formats. Own project performance measurement and communication with clients, vendors, and partners to satisfy all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools
- 6-12 years of experience

- Planning skills with attention to details
- IT Project Management with good SME knowledge in procurement, contracting
- Experience in working on projects involving large scale ERP or SaaS based IT Product implementation
- Experience in working in Waterfall, Agile and/or Hybrid project environments
- Strong working experience in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
