Job Summary
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while communicating expectations to stakeholders and team members. Lead organizational change efforts for digital transformation and AI adoption, ensuring user enablement and training. Plan and schedule timelines, track milestones, and analyze status reports to troubleshoot problem areas. Partner with leadership to prioritize AI-driven use cases and support implementation of enterprise AI platforms. Estimate resources, draft budget proposals, and negotiate personnel acquisitions. Direct project development from beginning to end, delegate tasks, and resolve team conflicts. Manage dependencies, develop progress reports, and ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and audit requirements. Conduct postmortems to identify successful and unsuccessful elements, then develop best practices for future execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years' direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- Knowledge of multiple SDLC methodologies such as waterfall and agile
- Technically competent with various software programs
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Flexible during times of change
- Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
- Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
- Ability to defuse tension among the project team, should it arise
- Ability to bring the project to successful completion through political sensitivity
- Strong written and oral communication skills
