Job Summary
The IT Project Manager will oversee the implementation of various IT projects, focusing on aligning them with business and IT strategies. Responsibilities include defining the business case, preparing project budgets and schedules, managing stakeholders, developing project plans, and ensuring project deliverables are met. The candidate should have extensive experience in IT project management, particularly with large-scale ERP projects, and possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional IT work experience
- 7 – 10 years leading large-scale ERP and B2B/B2C business application projects
- Sound foundational knowledge of IT systems and architecture
- Broad knowledge of business processes in consumer goods and process manufacturing industries
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Effective at negotiations and managing conflicts
- Budget management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in leading SAP implementations
- Knowledge of various agile methodologies and agile project management
- Relevant Project Management and Agile Certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, CSPO, CTC, CEC)
- Working knowledge of project management and agile tools (MS Project and other enterprise-level tools like Jira and Monday.com)
Additional Requirements
- This role requires domestic and international travel dependent upon the scope and duration of the projects.
