Job Summary
Manage multiple simultaneous technical projects requiring high levels of functional integration across reservations, marketing, and constituent databases. Coordinate sequencing, alignment discussions, and governance activities for the enterprise-wide Unified Visitor Experience initiative while partnering with external consultants to surface requirements. Track, plan, and report on technical work across teams, maintaining documentation, budgets, and status reports to address cost overruns and mitigate risks. Facilitate negotiations to drive consensus, implement change management strategies, and present updates to internal and external audiences. This three-year limited term hybrid role requires a California resident to work at least one day per week on campus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive software analysis development and implementation experience
- 2-5 years of experience managing complex technical projects within the cultural heritage domain
- This position is a hybrid work environment opportunity; this is not a permanent remote assignment
- The successful candidate must be a California resident when employment begins
- Reside within a commutable distance of Getty
- Must work at least one day per week on Getty's campus
- Willingness and ability to travel
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), certified completion of a Project Management program, or certification in process is strongly preferred
